You will help lead and deliver a growing portfolio of bridge and transportation structure projects across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. This role is ideal for a senior bridge engineer who is actively transitioning into a client-facing project management role and wants to take the next step in leadership, oversight, and delivery responsibility.
Lead multiple bridge and structural projects in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships and managing expectations
Coordinate and guide technical resources within the project team to ensure high-quality deliverables
Provide technical oversight and direction to bridge/structural staff; not expected to perform daily design, but must be comfortable reviewing work and making technical decisions
Develop and manage project management plans, quality management plans, schedules, and staffing plans
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Manage subconsultants and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Communicate project status, updates, risks, and financial performance to internal leadership and clients
Prepare and review progress reports, invoices, and project status presentations
Participate in project financial reviews and office leadership meetings
Support staff development through mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback
Assist with business development activities including client relationship development, proposal support, and interviews
Build relationships with client(s) to understand preferences and requirements to set-up and execute a quality project
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to internal and external stakeholders
Develop and lead project status presentations
Participate in office’s project financial status meetings
Serve as a client champion and take on staff oversight / direct reports

Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering with a focus in structural engineering
10 or more years of bridge and structural design experience
Professional Engineer License in Virginia, or the ability to obtain one by reciprocity
Demonstrated project management experience or clear progression into a PM role
Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with VDOT, and Virginia localities and agencies
Experience with multiple project delivery methods i.e. Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3
Experience managing multidiscipline project teams
Prior experience working on complex or large-scale transportation infrastructure projects

We are working with a growing mining company who is seeking a Metallurgist to work with their mine operations team in Gouverneur, New York. Located in upstate New York, within 2-hour drive of The Thousand Islands, Lake Ontario shoreline, the Adirondack Mountains, and world class skiing at Lake Placid. Montreal and Ottawa are only 2 to 3 hours away.
Your Role:
You will work under the direction of the Mill Manager, optimizing and improving mining and milling operations.
Manage quality assurance/quality control for the assay lab and mill operations
Monitor the process in the mill to maintain or increase production
Identify and troubleshoot issues in the production process
Provide technical assistance to operators, millwrights, and lab technicians
Runs tests on new ore bodies and chemicals to get optimal recoveries
Maintain assay lab chemical inventory
Design and supervise plant sampling surveys, including proper sampling as required by the particular attributes of the unit operation being studied
Analyze the data extracted and make recommendations for change based on interpretation of the results using sound engineering principles
Compile daily metallurgical reports
Actively work to follow and improve mill safety and environmental policies
Required Skills:
Understanding of mineral processing techniques like flotation, gravity separation, and magnetic separation
Proficient in interpreting data and performance metrics
Skill in written and verbal communication (in English), critical thinking, data analysis
Required Experience:
BS or higher in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or Chemical Engineering
3 years’ hands-on experience in in metallurgy or mineral processing
Working knowledge of mineral processing techniques, including flotation, gravity separation, and/or magnetic separation
Proficiency in data interpretation and performance metrics analysis

Water Resources Project Engineer 2026-225 BS or higher in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering Professional Engineer License in the state of Virginia, or ability to obtain license within 6 months Design drainage and stormwater systems, perform complex hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, manage erosion and sediment control designs
