We are working with a leading technology company that is seeking a senior-level Voice / VoIP Engineer with strong SIP fundamentals and the ability to independently design, troubleshoot, and support large-scale voice platforms.

This is a one-year contract, working from the company’s office in either Philadelphia, PA, Mount Laurel, NJ, or Denver, CO.

Your Role:

  • Design and support SIP-based voice and VoIP solutions, including call center and IVR use cases
  • Troubleshoot SIP signaling, media flows, and complex voice issues across systems
  • Translate business requirements into technical voice and integration designs
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning technical decisions and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams during design, escalation, and certification efforts

Required Experience:

  • Strong hands-on expertise with SIP protocols, signaling, and media troubleshooting
  • Solid Linux proficiency, including CLI-based system support and diagnostics
  • Experience with VoIP platforms such as PBX systems, SIP trunking, or service provider voice environments
  • Systems-level problem-solving skills across multiple components and technologies
  • Basic scripting experience to support automation and operational efficiency

Preferred Experience:

  • SBC’s: Ribbon, Audiocodes. (e.g., Oracle/Acme Packet or comparable platforms)
  • BroadWorks or similar carrier-grade voice platforms
  • Exposure to Cisco voice technologies
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-region or multi-country voice deployments

We are working with a leading Logistics and Supply Chain company who is seeking a Project Manager for a one-year contract assignment, leading projects to improve and enhance the company’s operations.

You will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the Eastern Time Zone. You should be able to work full time, ~40 hours per week with potential to work overtime if necessary, and you must be flexible to work occasional weekends, holidays, and possible overnight stays depending on the assignment, as needed.

Your Role:

Using Workday and/or ServiceNow, you will manage projects to improve and enhance the company’s logistics and supply chain operations. You will drive setting the team’s cadence for planning, updates, and status reviews with Sponsors, supporting the success of the projects by applying company principles, guidelines, and standards.

You will:

  • Assist the Project Lead to ensure project output meets program expectations (~15% of time)
  • Facilitate all project planning and execution of PM Activities (~25% of time)
  • Apply PM processes and tools appropriate for projects (~50% of time)
  • Identify and manage interdependencies with other projects and initiatives (~10% of time)
  • Manage project scope, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment of projects from beginning to end
  • Create and manage PM artifacts while educating the team on their creation/proper use throughout the project such as:
    • Project Charter
    • Project Plan
    • RACI
  • Perform Risk/Issue identification & mitigation
  • Develop status reports and update appropriate PM artifacts, as needed
  • Review deliverables and ensure quality
  • Provide PM methodology/tools to ensure proper governance, oversight, strategic alignment, and project success
  • Facilitate initiation/planning of project scope (i.e., objectives, resources, milestones, risks, communications, etc.)
  • Review funding, cost plans, and actual expenses to verify projects are in line with funding parameters with Project Lead
  • Solicit and gather information via interviews with process owners to understand the “as-is” and “to-be” processes
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement opportunities to the Project Lead
  • Provide Project Lead with thorough responses to problem resolution
  • Identify business areas and stakeholders impacted by issues
  • Identify root causes to ensure problems do not reoccur

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in PM discipline with emphasis on effective use of PM soft skills essential to his/her success
  • Able to communicate processes to customers trained on process changes/enhancements
  • Able to develop and monitor process metrics to gauge health of a project and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Able to observe a process and gather feedback and concerns from others for process improvement opportunities
  • Experience applying Stakeholder/Communication Management principles including governing bodies, Owners, Sponsors, key senior stakeholders, Project Lead, team, SMEs
  • Able to plan weeks in advance to plan efforts and manage multiple projects

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or comparable international degree
  • 3 years experience as a Project Manager
  • 6 years as a project team member
  • Experience using Workday and ServiceNow
  • Experience using commercial PM software (i.e., MS Project/Office, etc.) and the ability to learn the company’s Projects Website and other tools
  • Experience with web-based remote meeting applications (i.e., Skype, Zoom, WebEx, etc.)
  • Willing to travel by plane or driving personal vehicle or rental car. Mileage, airfare, rental car will be reimbursed.
