Your Role:

You will help lead and deliver a growing portfolio of bridge and transportation structure projects across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. This role is ideal for a senior bridge engineer who is actively transitioning into a client-facing project management role and wants to take the next step in leadership, oversight, and delivery responsibility.

  • Lead multiple bridge and structural projects in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning technical decisions and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams during design, escalation, and certification efforts

Required Experience:

  • Strong hands-on expertise with SIP protocols, signaling, and media troubleshooting
  • Solid Linux proficiency, including CLI-based system support and diagnostics
  • Experience with VoIP platforms such as PBX systems, SIP trunking, or service provider voice environments
  • Systems-level problem-solving skills across multiple components and technologies
  • Basic scripting experience to support automation and operational efficiency

Preferred Experience:

  • SBC’s: Ribbon, Audiocodes. (e.g., Oracle/Acme Packet or comparable platforms)
  • BroadWorks or similar carrier-grade voice platforms
  • Exposure to Cisco voice technologies
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-region or multi-country voice deployments
