We are working with a growing Energy Engineering firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who are seeking a SCADA Analyst II to join their team and enhance their IT structure and experience. You will drive maintaining focus on continuous improvement and implementing lean processes will improve performance and safety, while demonstrating your ability to tackle problems and collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Your Role:

You will assist in collaborating with business partners to identify requirements and translate those into SCADA system requirements and logical/functional designs for SCADA solutions.

  • Work within defined SCADA and business processes, procedures and standards to deliver SCADA solutions
  • Provide system assessments, design and development for SCADA application components
  • Configure, fix, and support Operational and Measurement data gathering using SCADA and other applications
  • Support and maintain SCADA and related application functionality, including screens/displays, data gathering, and interfaces
  • Support business processes using SCADA applications

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Application, PC skills, network operations and telecommunications
  • SQL query writing knowledge and experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocol
  • Windows programming experience (Python, VBScript)
  • Solid grasp of database development and management
  • Demonstrated business analysis skills including eliciting requirements, discovery/ideation facilitation, system analysis

We are working with a growing engineering firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer with experience leading power systems projects. This would be a 6 month contract assignment, with potential extension or direct hire.

Your Role:

As a subject matter expert in Power Engineering, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in engineering designs and maintenance, as well as reliability best practices for electrical equipment across the company. You will provide internal power engineering support for Project Execution and Technical Services.

  • Proactively interpret industry best practices, standards, and regulatory codes, and provide assessments, strategies, and recommendations for projects and processes
  • Perform sophisticated tasks and leads teams in projects of major scope and unusual complexity
  • Participate in development and implementation of technical standards and specifications (e.g. electrical area classification, grounding design)
  • Interpret technological aspects of business and coordinate with management to assure success
  • Deliver and advise on technical presentations to management and/or external bodies and publications
  • Represent the Company in the capacity of a licensed professional engineer
  • Develop innovative services, technologies, processes or products that address current and future customer needs

  • Diagnose complex electrical issues in various systems and equipment, providing expert guidance and training to field support engineers.
  • Design and implement robust preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment.
  • Conducts in-depth power system analyses, including short-circuit, protective device coordination, arc flash hazard, harmonics, voltage drop, load flow, transient motor start, and power factor correction studies.

Required Skills:

Required Experience:

Your Role:

  • Work with large data sets in a hybrid cloud environment to develop descriptive statistical models to solve business problems
  • Support full life cycle of developed solutions and data warehouses including managing changes, production support, server/cloud optimization, and continual solution improvement
  • Work with individuals at all levels of the organization to understand business needs and challenges, and recommends and implements improvements as well as solves problems with existing solutions when incidents occur
  • Develop, build, and maintain the company Business Intelligence infrastructure and data warehouse
  • Solves problem within SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and SSRS failures and defects and resolves issues timely
