Location: Fully Remote in the USA, requiring ~50% travel. Eastern and Central Time Zones preferred

We are working with a leading company that supports Facilities Management for a growing number of K-12 schools throughout the United States, that is seeking an experienced professional to act as Vice President of Facilities Management.

This is a high-impact leadership position where you’ll shape strategy, inspire performance, and drive growth across a key business area. You’ll lead teams, foster client relationships, and deliver solutions that support long-term success, for both your division and the broader organization.

This is a remote position requiring approximately 50% travel within the United States. Due to current client locations, those in the Eastern or Central Time Zones are preferred, but others will be considered.

Your Role:

You will provide leadership and oversight for a team of 10 direct reports, driving performance, operational excellence, and strategic execution across their K-12 Schools Facilities Management department.

• Champion a strong safety culture while delivering operational excellence and consistent commercial performance
• Drive strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth, client satisfaction, and innovation across your division
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, with a strong focus on talent management, succession planning, and engagement
• Influence key stakeholders and cultivate trusted client partnerships using proven tools and relationship strategies
• Bring forward new ideas, operational improvements, and branded programs to create lasting value for clients and customers
• Collaborate with regional and segment leaders to align local efforts with broader business goals
• Use data-driven insights to guide workforce planning, improve team efficiency, and enhance decision-making

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years experience in multi-site and multi-state Facilities Management, including equipment assessment, repair, and installation, as well as team leadership
• Experience leading multiple client accounts across a broad regional or national portfolio
